Per federal law, someone that is 21+ must be present to sign for the wine at time of delivery. Please consider having your wine shipped to a business or a family member if you are unable to be home to sign for your allocation. We always ship via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise by the customer. At times, we may hold off on sending out a shipment due to inclement weather. Shipping charges vary by state and weight of package. 12 bottle members get free shipping at all times. Club members are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for misdirected or returned shipments. We give at minimum two weeks notice prior to shipping to make changes to your address and do everything within our power to get your allocation to the correct place. Please keep your account up to date to avoid these mishaps.
You must be 21 or over to purchase wine or hold a wine club membership. Basel Cellars will charge your credit card four times per year. We will always notify you in advance by email about upcoming allocations. Sales tax by state and region will be applied.

Your membership may be cancelled penalty free at any time after you accept 4 consecutive allocations, however, we require 30 days notice prior to an allocation for any account terminations. We cannot cancel your membership once an allocation is in process. A $50 fee will be incurred for terminating your membership early.
